Meet Dion Schultz.
Dion Schultz has lived in Calgary since 1965 and has spent 19 years renovating homes and businesses here, with more than 200 projects behind him. He founded iRenos on a simple principle: do the job right the first time and never cut corners.
Most of his work is basements, kitchens and bathrooms, along with commercial build-outs. Every job starts with a free site visit and an itemized estimate, so you see where every dollar goes before anything comes apart.
From design to the final walkthrough, Dion is on your project and answers your questions within the day. If your job needs a permit, he'll walk you through pulling it yourself, which is usually faster and cheaper, or pull it for you. You never chase down subcontractors or wonder who is showing up at your house.
